Please have the students’ parents/guardians fill out the release form here by January 8th, 2024. Note that the form will redirect to a DocuSign form which must be completed as well.
Please fill out the Team Info Form by January 8th, 2024 (one form per school). You may edit the submitted form until 1/8/24 in case your plan changes. Beyond that date, please communicate any changes via email at scioly@mit.edu. The form will collect information for:
All participants, including coaches, must sign up for Tim Tickets (link will be sent to coaches closer to the tournament date) to gain access to campus on tournament day. Please do this at least one day before you arrive on competition day. See Tournament Day Info to see how to access campus.
ISOTOPE (Integrated Science Olympiad TOurnament Planning Environment) will serve as the main coach portal for 2024 MIT Invitational. Registration instructions with access code will be sent to coaches’ emails (whatever provided in the registration form) by the first week of January 2024. If another coach on the team would like an additional account, please email us.
Please submit the finalized team roster by January 13th, 2024 through the portal. We will be verifying that all participants have filled out their release forms against this roster. Coaches will also be able to check on the release form completion status on the platform once the roster is inputted.
Self scheduling will open at 3 PM EST on January 8th, 2024. You will be able to sign up for the self-scheduled events on ISOTOPE as well.
Though not required, we highly encourage coaches, competitors, and parents of competitors to sign up for MIT Alert. Once signed up, you will be able to receive notifications of any on-campus emergencies and safety information.
