The release form is not currently available. It will be released soon and the link will be sent out in a later email. Please have the students’ parents/guardians fill out the release form here (TBA) by January 6th, 2025. Note that the form will redirect to a DocuSign form which must be completed as well.
Please fill out the Team Info Form by 1/6/25 (one form per school). You may edit the submitted form until 1/6/25 in case your plans change. Beyond that date, please communicate any changes via email at scioly@mit.edu. The form will collect information for:
Isotope (Integrated Science Olympiad Tournament Planning Environment) will serve as the main coach portal for 2025 MIT Invitational. You will be able to sign up for self-scheduled events as well as input your team roster to check on the release form completion status. Registration instructions with access code will be sent to coaches’ emails (whatever provided in the registration form) by the end of December 2024. If another coach on the team would like an additional account, please contact us at scioly@mit.edu.
Please submit the finalized team roster by January 13th, 2025 through the portal. We will be verifying that all participants have filled out their release forms against this roster. Coaches will also be able to check on the release form completion status on the platform once the roster is inputted.
Self scheduling will open at 3 PM EST on January 6th, 2025. You will be able to sign up for the self-scheduled events on ISOTOPE as well.
Though not required, we highly encourage coaches, competitors, and parents of competitors to sign up for MIT Alert. Once signed up, you will be able to receive notifications of any on-campus emergencies and safety information.
